I do not see why not. They broke everything, but beyond the 10 Amendment of recognition.
States are now under control and profit from their corruption of doctors and the insurance. You can verify that the insurers doing business in their states.
The guys at the state level are the ones who create the most problems caused by not allowing competition among insurers.
